Smartphone Launch Rugged
Ulefone is a pretty busy smartphone manufacturer with a clear focus on rugged devices. With the Armor X32 Pro 5G, the Chinese company is about to release a new handset that is expected to hit the market on April 14. The official MSRP is set at $380, but the phone is already listed on Banggood for just under $220 excluding shipping with delivery directly from Hong Kong.
In terms of specifications, the Armor X32 Pro meets the IP68 and MIL-STD-810H standards. The smartphone is almost 0.6 inches thick and weighs about 10 oz, while the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor supports 5G connectivity. With a total of two SIM and one microSD card slot, it’s very easy to expand the built-in 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The memory has 8GB of capacity.
Moreover, the 5.65-inch screen sports a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels, a 90Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 600 nits. The main camera has a resolution of 64 megapixels, while the night vision camera works with 25 megapixels. On the other hand, the 2MP macro camera is probably not very practical.
That being said, the smartphone is equipped with a 5,500mAh battery that can be charged at 18 watts and can provide up to 5 watts via reverse charging. Ulefone products eventually also land on Amazon, but it’s unclear when exactly the Armor X32 Pro 5G will be listed at the world’s largest online retailer.
